I have camera issues in TurboScan.

I have switched to Android after using TurboScan for iPhone. Do I have to buy the Android version now? Can I transfer my scans to Android?
Unfortunately, because the apps and stores themselves are completely incompatible, you’ll need to buy TurboScan again. Note that you can manually transfer your scans from your iPhone to the Android phone by copying the Jpeg folder from iTunes' File Sharing window to your PC, then to TurboScan folder in your Android phone (for full disk path & other details, refer to TurboScan's "Step By Step" Help section).
I need to re-downlaod TurboScan from the Play Store. Do I need to pay again?
No. Just make sure to re-download the same app version (Pro or free) and use the same Play account so Google doesn't charge you again.
My app is crashing or not working properly.
Please restart your phone. This will clear your phone's system memory and may fix the problem. You can also try to hard-restart your phone. DO NOT reinstall the app without backing up your scans in Settings first.
I am using the Yahoo Mail app and my attachments are not coming through.
This is a known Yahoo Mail issue concerning spaces in filenames. There is a workaround: do not use spaces in scan names and set the “Add date stamp” in scan properties (Pen button) to Off.
How do I add pages to existing scans?
Just press the "+Page" button at the bottom of the document view screen, or at the bottom of the Preview screen.
The app won't download 100% or can't be found after I bought it.
