My export options including email are missing.
Please restart
your device and try exporting again.
Warning: Your scans will be deleted if
you delete TurboScan!
Starting
with version 1.7.0, your scans will be deleted if you reinstall TurboScan. Be sure to check the “Keep Data” box when reinstalling
to prevent that, or back up your storage in Settings.
Your stored scans are NOT BACKED UP by
default!
Before
upgrading or resetting the phone, be sure to back up your scans in TurboScan Settings . Or enable Auto
back up there now. You can also transfer the TurboScan
folder from the phone storage to your PC manually, to back up your scans.
I have problems with TurboScan
camera.
Please try
changing the position of the New Camera
Driver switch in Settings (press Menu
on the main screen).
I need to re-download TurboScan
from Google Play. Do I need to pay again?
No. Just
make sure to download the same app
version (free or paid) as before and use the same Play account, so Google doesn’t
charge you again.
TurboScan is asking for my payment inside, but I
purchased it before.

purchased Paid TurboScan before? Try downloading

I am using the Yahoo Mail app and my
attachments are not coming through.
This is a
known Yahoo Mail issue concerning spaces in filenames. There is a
workaround: do not use spaces in scan names and set the “Add date stamp” in
scan properties (Pen button) to Off.
My app is crashing or not working
properly.
Please
restart your phone. This will clear your phone's system memory and may fix the
problem. Sometimes reinstalling the app can help (your scans may be deleted if you reinstall).
How do I add pages to existing scans?
Just press
the "+page" button at the bottom
of the document view screen, or at the bottom of the Preview screen.
Is there TurboScan
for iPhone?
Yes, there
is TurboScan on Apple’s
App Store.
