TurboScan Privacy Policy

TurboScan is designed with privacy in mind. TurboScan is an iOS application that enables users to scan, store and send documents with their iOS device by taking pictures of documents or using existing PDF files or other files or pictures.

We do not collect, store, or share your documents.

Information We Collect

We only receive information you choose to provide when you contact us for support (for example, your email address and message content).

What We Do Not Collect

TurboScan does not collect:

• Your scanned documents or images
• Your device location
• Personal or usage data
• Analytics or tracking data

All document processing happens on your device.

Third-Party Access

We do not share your information with third parties.

iCloud Storage

TurboScan can optionally store your documents in your iCloud account. When this feature is enabled, your documents are stored securely by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple’s privacy policies. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data Retention

If you contact us, we may retain your email and message for support purposes.
You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@turboscanapp.com.

Children’s Privacy

TurboScan does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept those changes.
